A recipe is a colour table plus how the RAW is developed: contrast, grain, sharpness, tint. You choose it before the shot and see it live.

Most filter apps paint over a finished JPEG. Grana keeps the RAW, and develops it again whenever you ask.

Support
Write to [email protected]. A real person reads it, usually within a day or two. If something broke, your iPhone model and what you were doing help a lot.
Open Settings inside Grana, tap Grana Pro, then Restore purchase, signed in with the Apple Account you bought it with.
Open it in the gallery and use the exposure slider: it redevelops the negative, so nothing is lost the way it would be by brightening a finished photo.

Grana is made by Tild S.r.l.s. This is what the app does with your data, in plain words.
Photos and negatives are processed on your iPhone and saved in your Photos library and inside the app. They are never uploaded anywhere. Grana asks for the Photos library to save your shots and to show and delete, when you ask, the ones taken with Grana.
Optional. If you allow it, Grana writes where the photo was taken into the photo itself, like the Camera app does. The location stays in the file on your phone and is not sent to us.
Grana sends anonymous usage events to our own analytics service (Logga): for example that a photo was taken, with which recipe, zoom and exposure values, or that a screen was opened. Each install has a random identifier that is not linked to your name, email or Apple Account. Events never contain photos, thumbnails, file names or locations. We use them only to find bugs and understand which features are used. We do not track you across other apps or websites, and we do not sell or share this data for advertising.
Grana Pro is sold through the App Store. Apple handles the payment; we never see your card or Apple Account details. Purchase status is checked through RevenueCat, which receives an anonymous app user identifier and the receipt Apple provides.
You can refuse location at any time from iOS Settings, and delete the app to delete everything it keeps on the phone. To ask about or remove the usage events tied to your install, write to [email protected].
